Job Summary
ARIN is seeking to recruit a qualified Driver to support the organization’s transportation and logistical needs. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient movement of staff, visitors, and materials, while keeping the organization’s vehicles well-maintained and in excellent condition.
Key Responsibilities

Provide reliable and safe driving services for ARIN staff and visitors.

Ensure cleanliness, roadworthiness and regular servicing of ARIN vehicles.

Perform daily vehicle inspections and report mechanical issues promptly.

Maintain accurate records of vehicle mileage, fuel usage and maintenance.

Comply with traffic rules and ARIN’s transport policies.

Secure all vehicle passengers and cargo.
-
Support logistical errands and basic administrative support when required.
Qualifications and Skills

Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in a similar role.

Valid Kenyan driving license (Class B, C, or E) with a clean record.

Must be 25 years of age or older.

Certificate of Good Conduct.
-
Familiarity with Nairobi and surrounding areas.
-
Basic mechanical knowledge is an added advantage.

Good communication skills in English and Kiswahili.
-
Punctual, professional, and safety-conscious with a strong work ethic.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
