Immanuel B.K. Freeman



Immanuel is a Project Engineer at Liberia’s Ministry of Public Works. With over 7 years of professional experience, he has worked on public infrastructures ranging from roads and bridges to sanitary latrines and water supply systems. He holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Liberia and a master’s degree in water supply engineering from IHE Delft Institute for Water Education in the Netherlands.

Combining his passion for engineering and education, he is also a Lecturer in the Department of Civil Engineering at the University of Liberia. In this role, he contributes to preparing the next generation of Liberian engineers. Furthermore, he actively supports females in engineering by volunteering with the Liberia Society of Women Engineers (LWSE) to mentor female students
