The Africa Research and Impact Network(ARIN)- Convener Dr Joanes Atela has been nominated to co-lead the theme on building resilient societies under the forthcoming Commonwealth Scientific Conference slated for 22-26 February 2021.
The Conference is Co-organised by the Royal Society and the African Academy of Sciences, and funded by the Global Challenges Research Fund. The conference will bring together outstanding early career researchers and leading scientists from across the Commonwealth to facilitate joint work on addressing global development challenges, to encourage scientific capacity strengthening in Commonwealth countries; and to influence the Commonwealth policy agenda.
